I have been through the process you have stated but unfortunately no luck :(
Also this doesnt respond my question about lowering the Hardware Reserved Retentiveness in gild to let Windows x use more.

Contact the calculator maker for BIOS updates, patches, beta's, etc. Loftier hardware ram is near exclusively BIOS related

Have you used Optimize defaults in your bios ?
What was the total video memory size in the bios ?
Also use Winkey+s and type in the search box
msconfig
See what is listed every bit memory in the advanced kicking

Thanks for just I'm using a very basic Urdu BIOS where the only affair i tin modify is the boot society and safe boot settings and set up user and supervisor passwords.
All it says is vi gb of installed retentiveness zilch about video memory although im using an apu...
In msconfig the settings are every bit you have shown and yes i have tried make clean kick and optimized the defaults. Fifty-fifty failsafe mode does not assist.

I thing you haven't said is how you concluded up with 6gb's of memory which is an odd number existence usually memory would be ii - 4 - 8... not six ?
Please if you added ram was it matched or did you simply add together a 4gb stick or something.... ??
