How To Clean System Rom In Android

So far no problems, but I have Titanium Backup installed and it is showing:
System ROM 260 MB (25.7 MB free)
Internal: 784 MB (557 MB free)
Internal eMMC: 7.07GB (7.05 GB free)
SD card: 15.8 GB (10.2 GB free)

How or where can I clean this up. I have Root Explorer installed so I can navigate all sub directories and files within the ROOT.

I think these are the CACHE files and possible a directory with all of the APKs, but I'm not sure where to find them.

Could it be a LOG file that keeps growing and needs to be removed?

I have backed up my ROM so flashing it back is no problem, but time consuming.

System rom is just how much space the actual OS is using. Some ROMs are larger than others. The only way to make more space there is to uninstall apps stored in the system partition, which is where bloatware apps are stored.
You'll notice sense ROMs take up significantly more space as opposed to AOSP ROMs.

OK..Cool. I was just trying to figure out the error messages about "running out of space" after trying to download and install any apps, I got the error message a few times before, and I think I may figured it out, but I thought there could be a a simple fix like deleting unneccesary log or cache files.

I'll try the "no_data_limit_normal_dalvik" Option and let you know..
